Restaurant worker who loves her job?

At times I meet with a group of marketing gurus at this Einsteins. EVERY time I am there I see and hear this lovely young woman working behind the counter. She greets and treats each customer as if that customer will tip her $100.
Now, she obviously isn't doing it for the money (there is no tipping at Einsteins). So what prompts her to give such incredibly gracious and effective customer service?
